pk947 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pk947's discretion without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount at pk947 is PKR 500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. pk947 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your pk947 account instantly upon successful payment gateway confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically credited within one banking hour, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institution.
• pk947 does not charge any fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pk947 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your pk947 account and wagered, except as provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

Registered pk947 users may request withdrawals of their available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, pk947 may request documentary confirmation of an alternative withdrawal account.
• pk947 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within two banking hours.
• pk947 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be approved until all outstanding verification requirements are satisfied.
• Active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal. Only cleared real-money balances may be withdrawn.

pk947 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered users. The following general conditions apply to all pk947 promotional offers unless a specific promotion's dedicated terms provide otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific bonus offer terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the relevant promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• pk947 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is already active in a user's account, any modification will not affect the existing bonus terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, the use of coordinated wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk, or any other conduct pk947 determines to be exploitative, will result in bonus cancellation, balance adjustment, and possible account closure.
• PSL season promotions and other cricket-specific offers available on pk947 are subject to the same general bonus conditions and any additional sport-specific restrictions outlined in the relevant offer terms.

All sports bets placed through the pk947 Platform are governed by the applicable pk947 Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. All casino games are governed by the individual rules of each respective game as presented within the pk947 Platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk947 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error at incorrect odds.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the prevailing in-play betting rules. pk947 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets on any specific event.
• In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, pk947's rules for settlement of affected bets will apply as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan national team matches, and international tournaments — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform.

• All casino games and slot titles available on pk947 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios with physical dealing equipment subject to regulatory oversight.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the round will be treated as void and any bets placed during the affected round will be returned to the user's pk947 account balance.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk947 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture where applicable, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Accessing or attempting to access any pk947 account other than your own registered account.

pk947 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where pk947 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A user has breached any provision of these Terms.
• An account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• A user has failed to satisfy applicable KYC or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• A user is subject to a self-exclusion order or has been identified as a problem gambler through pk947's responsible gaming monitoring systems.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to pk947.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their pk947 account may do so at any time by contacting pk947 support via live chat. Any available PKR balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method within five business days, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no bonus-related restrictions apply to the balance.

All content available on the pk947 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software code, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to pk947 and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk947 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pk947.

The pk947 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are the exclusive property of pk947. Unauthorised use of any pk947 intellectual property, including in connection with any third-party website, promotional material, or social media content, is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk947, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, any part of the pk947 Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including game providers, payment processors, or other users.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Technical malfunctions, server errors, internet connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Any gaming or betting outcome, whether or not resulting from a technical error.

pk947 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a range of tools designed to help users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk947 users from within their account settings:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk947 holds its international gaming licence. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within a reasonable timeframe, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pk947's licensing authority. The decision of any such body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's rights pending the resolution of a dispute.
